State of Ohio’s Percentage of Income Payment Plan

Ohioans with a gross annual income at or below 150 percent of the federal poverty guidelines who get their power from AEP Ohio, or other companies regulated by the PUCO, are eligible for this program.

  3. My card got hacked. Was issued a new card. I need to change method of payment with my new card. I need help doing that. Do you take out of checking account or by bank card.
