Good info.
I have set my thermostat low in the winter and high in the summer to TRY and keep my bills as low as possible. The riders that are attached to the bill are approved by the PUCO and the fuel clause that was tacked on coal recently, keep me from saving more money on my bill. WE are now paying a total cost of @ $.165/kwh which has my bill around $90-$100 even in the winter months and higher in the summer. According to my good rating on the AEP usage chart ,I am close to a great rating. The PUCO is no help as they seem to grant whatever you apply for each month. It’s time to help your customers, not continually take advantage of them…
