AEP Ohio is proud to announce the launch of its Spanish-language website, Espanol.AEPOhio.com. This new resource allows customers to easily access essential services in Spanish, including bill payment, outage reporting, payment assistance information and more.
According to the Ohio Commission on Hispanic/Latino Affairs (OCHLA), the number of Latinos in Ohio has grown by 140% since 2000 and continues to increase in each of Ohio’s 88 counties. After English, Spanish is the second-most common language in Ohio, accounting for more than one-third of non-English-speakers as of 2010, according to the American Community Survey.
