A Special Wildlights BOGO Ticket Offer for AEP Ohio Customers

Wildlights is back! The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium’s popular winter event runs from November 22, 2024, to January 5, 2025. This beloved holiday tradition features festive animated musical light displays, delicious treats and enchanting winter wonderland experiences, combining a celebration of nature with holiday cheer.

In celebration of our 15th year efficiently powering Wildlights, AEP Ohio is offering our customers an exclusive online-only buy one, get one (BOGO) free ticket deal. Buy any regular-priced adult Wildlights admission ticket and get one free, valid Mondays through Thursdays during normal Wildlights operating hours. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to get your tickets.

Desktop Instructions

• On the Zoo’s Wildlights page, scroll down to and click on the orange Purchase Tickets button in the center of the page.
• Click the Promotional Code tab on the right side of the ticket window, type the word POWER (not case-sensitive) and click Apply.
• This will open the Wildlights ticket options. Click Buy Now under the option that applies to you.
• Add half of the total number of tickets needed. For example, if you need tickets for four adults and two children ages 9 and younger, you will select two general admission tickets and one child ticket. Select the three tickets you need and click Add To Cart. In the Shopping Cart page, it will automatically apply the three free tickets for a total of six tickets.

For the past 15 years, AEP Ohio has helped the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium convert nearly 3 million holiday lights into energy efficient LED bulbs, creating one of the most spectacular light displays in central Ohio. These LED bulbs have helped the Zoo use approximately 85 percent less energy during Wildlights.
